What is the IT Help Desk
The Information Technology Help Desk was created to help you obtain information about using AU computing resources. The IT Help Desk has been around since September 1994. Our IT Help Desk has been and will continue to evolve as the technology, experience level and needs of our clients change.

Add us all up together you are looking at a few decades of knowledge and experience. Collectively we have performed training, consulting, documentation and operational activities. We are supported by an impressive group of colleagues who help us and you with queries. We don't do everything alone!
